🌐 GLOBAL LOGISTICS & DELIVERY

MERIT operates a borderless, high-velocity distribution network engineered to eliminate heavy machinery downtime and production bottlenecks on every continent. We ship our premium equivalent strike pistons for the Rammer G80 heavy hydraulic breaker directly to any country, city, or remote industrial job site across the globe.

  • Russian Extraction & Mining Basins: Fast-tracked door-to-door transit to the major mining, metallurgical, and infrastructure hubs of Novokuznetsk (Kuzbass coal basin), Magnitogorsk (Ural steel and manufacturing center), and Norilsk (Arctic extraction fields), ensuring reliable delivery where heavy equipment components must survive extreme sub-zero thermal stresses.
  • Kazakhstan Ports & Industrial Hubs: Reliable transit routes servicing major Kazakh development zones (such as Aktau, Atyrau, and Pavlodar).
  • Australian Large-Scale Mining Zones: Rapid dispatch to the heavy mining hubs and contractor yards of Western Australia (Perth, Pilbara) and Queensland, where swift logistics mapping is critical to eliminating production bottlenecks.

⚙️ TECHNICAL FEATURES & MATERIAL PRECISION

MERIT replacement pistons are engineered to match original material tolerances perfectly, ensuring survival within high-frequency mechanical shock fields.

  • High-Purity Fatigue-Resistant Steel: Forged from vacuum-degassed alloy steel containing precise balances of chromium, nickel, and molybdenum (Cr−Ni−Mo) to ensure long-term structural elasticity.
  • Isothermal Case Hardening: Deep-case carburized and tempered to achieve a surface hardness of 60–62 HRCwhile leaving a highly ductile internal core. This ensures the impact face can strike the chisel millions of times without fracturing or mushrooming.
  • Micro-Accuracy Finish: Precision-ground on advanced centerless CNC machinery to ensure exact geometric cylindrical alignment, minimizing friction and preventing internal cylinder bore scoring.

💡 SYSTEM FUNCTIONALITY & COMPONENT ROLE

The strike piston is the dynamic core of the Rammer G80 hydraulic breaker. Suspended within the main cylinder block by high-pressure elastomeric seal groups, this high-mass component undergoes continuous, extreme-velocity reciprocating cycles.

The primary engineering function of the piston is to store energy and convert fluid power into impact force. During the hydraulic travel phase, high-pressure oil forces the piston upward, which directly compresses the nitrogen gas (N2) cushion inside the back-head. When the main control valve cycles, it releases this oil pressure, allowing the compressed nitrogen gas to expand violently and drive the piston downward into the striking face of the working tool.

For the Rammer G80 to achieve its full impact energy potential, the piston surface must maintain an ultra-tight fluid boundary to prevent high-pressure bypass oil from leaking past the seals, which would reduce blow frequency and striking power.
